We begin with a conversation about your needs and how our services may fit.
Once we’ve agreed that we’re a good fit, we enter a basic Independent Contractor Agreement that protects your confidential information and our status as an independent contractor.
You’re then assigned your team leader, who is typically the person with whom you spoke in the initial conversation.
Our working relationship begins by capturing your personal preferences. Do you prefer certain forms? Do you want to use our forms? Do you want to share docs via Dropbox or another platform? Do you prefer using DocuSign for your client signatures? Should we establish a sharing platform such as Google Docs or another platform?
Moving forward, we’re simply here when you need us – whether it’s daily, monthly, quarterly or annually. You simply contact your team leader by email or phone (preferably by email) whenever you need assistance. We’ll respond within an hour or less.
Our standard turnaround time for projects is 24 hours.
Once services are completed to your full satisfaction, we invoice you for services and disbursements for payment within 15 days.
